Brandon MacGregor

It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Brandon MacGregor on March 8th 2025 at 18 years of age, at Ste-Justine Hospital in Montreal.

He was the son of Lorraine Racette and the late Cliff MacGregor.

Other than his mother, he leaves behind his brother Sean, his sister Céleste, his grand-parents Ghislaine and Gabriel Racette and his grand-ma Patricia Pope.

He will also be missed by his aunts and uncles, his cousins Alyssa, Dylan and Gabby, as well as numerous other family members and friends.

Brandon was a kind and generous soul who’s smile would brighten everyone’s day.  Although his life was all too short his strength of character will be remembered by all.

He was a strong and fierce warrior who never backed down from a challenge.  He was a hero through and through.

We would like to offer our heartfelt thanks to the medical staff of the Ste-Justine Hospital of Montreal for all the devoted care they brought to Brandon during his illness and more specifically his nurse Emilie Allard-Villeneuve, Dr. Marzouki, Dr. Piché and Dr. Isler.  Also a warm thank you to Marie-Hélène from Leucan for her presence.

We also wish to thank the teachers and staff members of St-Jude Elementary and Centennial Regional High School for all the support they provided throughout the years.

Finally a special shout out to Brandon’s Skylanders and Pokémon buddies who immersed themselves into these imaginary worlds with him: André, Sean, Céleste, uncle Gordie, ma tante Lyne, Gabby, Adrian, Mr. Tam, grand-maman and grand-papa.
