It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of Marie El Bacha (widow of the late Raymond Bardají) who left us on January 28, 2025, peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones. Daughter of the late Elias El Bacha and the late Victoria Tannourji, she leaves to mourn her children: Fathallah Frédérick, Samira (Michel Kaouk), Georges (Lina Makhlouta), Maha (late Karam Harraka), Nahla (Michel Rahal) and Nada (Sami Kandalaft). Téta Marie will be dearly missed by her grandchildren: Caroline Kaouk (Rafik Tadros), Rami Kaouk (Alexandra Raymond), Sabine Kaouk (Jean Christophe Milet), Marilyne Bardaji (Dodi El Korini), Raymond Bardaji, Johny Harraka (Stéphanie Abdel Massih) ), Karen Harraka (Paul Doumit), Danny Rahal, Andrea Rahal (Christian Saliba) and Carl Kandalaft. Marie will miss her treasured great-grandchildren: Mathieu, Michael and Mia Tadros, Léo and Olivia Milet, Thomas and Emma Kaouk, Stella, Isabella and Karam Harraka. Marie is survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends in Canada and the Middle East. The family will receive your condolences Thursday January 30, 2025 from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Saint-Sauveur Cathedral at 10025 boulevard de l'Acadie, Montreal. The funeral will be held Friday January 31, 2025 at 10:30 a.m. in the same church, followed by burial at the Jardin Urgel Bourgie located at 2500 Ave Des Perron, Laval. In lieu of flowers, a donation to Saint-Sauveur Cathedral, for the rest of his soul, would be appreciated. May his memory be eternal.
