What is Réflexions du Cœur?
Réflexions du Cœur is a Quebec company created by specialized bereavement therapists Martine Lafontaine and Anouk Leblanc.
Working together, Martine and Anouk use their knowledge and expertise to support individuals mourning the loss of a loved one. Anouk Leblanc manages Réflexions du Cœur, ensuring all clients have access to the very best services possible.
Martine Lafontaine leads counselling sessions with tact and care, drawing from her professional training and first-hand experience in coping with grief following the loss of a loved one.

At Urgel Bourgie / Athos, we are committed to supporting all individuals dealing with the loss of a loved one. Through our partnership with Réflexions du Cœur, our team has all the resources needed to support those who are grieving and help them through the healing process.
Working closely with Réflexions du Cœur, Chez Urgel Bourgie / Athos offers individual and group support programs, providing compassion, encouragement and hope to participants during this difficult stage of their lives.
Two Support Programs at Your Fingertips
Our two grief support programs are offered online in a secure environment.
The group support program consists of 12 virtual sessions held on a weekly basis. During these sessions, participants will learn specific ways they can cope with their grief, all while receiving ongoing support from a caring community.
The individual support program focuses on each person’s unique healing process. This program consists of 11 short videos on how to successfully manoeuvre the six stages of grieving. Using the participant’s guide, you can go through the program at your own pace until you have reached inner balance and harmony within.
Together, we can help grieving individuals access professional services, all the while recognizing the uniqueness of each person’s journey.
